Shipping Policy
Man Yuk Limited ships ceramic tableware products to addresses within the regions indicated at checkout. Processing times range from 1 to 3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination but do not exceed 14 business days for standard shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Customers receive a tracking number via email once the order dispatches. Man Yuk Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, or carrier disruptions. Lost packages must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Insurance claims will be filed on behalf of the customer. Replacement or refund for lost items is issued only after the carrier confirms the loss.
Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Unconditional Return Window
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. This window applies to all ceramic tableware products purchased from wd11.watchhousesale.com. Products must be unused, unwashed, free of any food residue, and in the original packaging. All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact. The 14-day period is absolute. Returns requested after 14 days from delivery will be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Return Process
To return a product, customers must follow these steps exactly:

Receive Return Authorization. Man Yuk Limited will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No returns are accepted without a valid RAN.

Pack the Product. Place the ceramic tableware in the original box. Fill all empty spaces with bubble wrap or packing paper. Seal the box securely. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.

Ship to the Return Address. Send the package to the following address. Customers must use a trackable shipping service. The cost of return shipping is borne entirely by the customer. Man Yuk Limited does not provide prepaid labels or reimburse return shipping fees.

Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds are issued after Man Yuk Limited receives and inspects the returned product. Inspection occurs within 5 business days of delivery. Refunds are processed only for products that meet the unconditional return criteria. Damaged, used, or incomplete returns result in no refund. The product will be discarded after 30 days.
The refund amount equals the original purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.

However, for customers residing in jurisdictions where local laws require a longer period, PayPal refunds take up to 30 calendar days. Man Yuk Limited complies with all local legal requirements. The 30-day timeline applies to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Australia, and any other region with a statutory 30-day refund window for PayPal transactions.
No refund is issued faster than 14 days under any circumstance. Customers cannot accelerate the refund process by requesting chargebacks or disputing transactions.
Return Shipping Liability
Customers assume all risks of loss or damage during return transit. Man Yuk Limited recommends purchasing insurance from the carrier for return shipments. If a returned product arrives damaged due to inadequate packing, the customer forfeits the refund.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only within 2 hours of purchase. After 2 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled. Canceled orders within the 2-hour window receive a full refund to the original payment method. PayPal refunds for cancellations follow the same 14-day minimum and 30-day legal compliance timeline as returns.
